I love a good deal...especially from one of my favorite stores...Target! We made scrapbooking treat baskets for Em's birthday back in April and had a couple left over. 
I used the following to make these great gift card holders for Emilie's Girl Scout camp leaders. 
3 bucks + 25 minutes = cheap creative thrills
